Patch Checker for Windows NT 4 and 2000

Description:
Patchchk verifies that certain patches are installed on remote WinNT4/2k machines. The patches to verify are specified in the file 'patches.ini'. You must have admin access on the machines that you want to check. Currently there are only a few patches that it checks for (please submit to me any additions to the patches.ini file that you make). In the future I'll have it check for many more patches and have much more documentation.
